FairPlay Terms and Conditions — Clear Do and Do Not List Before You Fund an Account

Read these FairPlay terms and conditions before your first top-up. They cover who may hold an account (adults, 18+, one ID each), the daily payout cap, when a bet is voided and how a complaint gets answered. Short version: one person, one FairPlay ID, same-name payouts, a 48-hour reply.

FairPlay Terms and Conditions: Verified Clause List for Every Account

Six clauses. Each one applies the moment the desk issues your login, and none of them changes because you switched to a different address.

  1. Age. The shortest FairPlay clause: you are 18 or older. Every clause after this one assumes it.
  2. One ID per person. A second FairPlay ID opened in the same name, or for the same person under a friend's name, is a duplicate and falls under the void rules below.
  3. Who we are. This desk issues FairPlay IDs through the agent network; it is not the operator, and it does not run the sportsbook or the casino tables.
  4. A new address is not a new account. When the desk hands you a fresh FairPlay link after a block, you log in with the old username and the old balance; signing up again there would break clause 2.
  5. Payouts. A FairPlay withdrawal to your cousin's UPI ID will be refused, because the receiving name has to match yours (methods and speeds: FairPlay payout methods and speeds).
  6. Chats on record. Anything you send the desk can be used to settle a dispute under these terms; retention periods are in the FairPlay privacy policy.

FairPlay Limits Under the Terms — Secure Caps in One Table

Every FairPlay limit the terms set, on one screen:

FairPlay ruleLimitWhere it is explained
Smallest top-up₹300Deposit steps on the FairPlay login home page
Smallest withdrawal₹1,000Withdrawal page
Largest withdrawal per day₹3,00,000This page (the cap itself)
Minimum age18This page
IDs per person1This page

The ₹3,00,000 figure is a per-day FairPlay ceiling, so a bigger balance goes out across more than one day. Speeds are a separate matter.

FairPlay Terms and Conditions Read in Two Minutes — Trusted Short Form

People search for the fairplay terms and conditions mostly to check three things: am I allowed in, how much can I take out, and what happens when a bet is cancelled.

  1. Over 18 and a single FairPlay ID in your own name
  2. Payouts capped at ₹3,00,000 a day, same-name account only
  3. Void cases: abandoned match, obvious-error price, duplicate ID

Anything that does not fit those three goes to the desk as a complaint.

FairPlay Void Rules — Genuine Cases Where a Bet Is Cancelled

Three situations void a FairPlay bet. First, an abandoned match: if the game is called off, the FairPlay market on it does not stand. Second, a price that was plainly an error, the kind of number no bookmaker would offer on purpose, gets cancelled rather than settled. Third, any bet placed from a duplicate FairPlay ID. That last one catches people out, because the second account looked harmless when it was opened (a spare login "just for casino", say).

Rain in a T20 and the match is abandoned? On FairPlay that market is void. A rain delay that still ends in a result is a different case, so ask the desk before assuming.

FairPlay Complaints Process — Reliable 48-Hour Answer From the Desk

Send the complaint as a WhatsApp text to +91 81097 11726; the FairPlay WhatsApp contact notes list exactly what to put in the first message. The line is staffed 24x7. A first reply usually lands in about two minutes, sometimes closer to six on a big match night, but a full answer on a disputed bet or a held payout can take longer, and FairPlay commits to that answer within 48 hours. Two days, at most. Keep the chat open meanwhile.

If what you actually want is a deposit cap or a break from betting, that is not a complaint at all; the FairPlay responsible gaming page sets it up the same day.

Agreed with the clauses? A FairPlay wallet opens from ₹300.
